NEOC Basecamp is the New England Outdoor Center campground and also the base lodge for our whitewater rafting. There are amazing views of Katahdin on Pockwockamus Pond located behind our pavilion. The campground features deluxe camping options: campsites, canvas cabin tents and bunkhouses. We are the closest lodging and camping to Baxter State Park. The 60 acres of campground are located on Pockwockamus Pond, 2 miles from the South Entrance to Baxter State Park and just 20 miles outside of the town of Millinocket.
