Located on Passamaquoddy Bay

Our Bay was home during the summertime to the Passamaquoddy Indians. They would fish, hunt and live along the shore line, Guests have found Arrow Heads and other artifacts while beach combing. Beach comb for sea glass, urchins & shells. Dig in our cove for clams. Sit out on our private island and watch the sea life go by. During seasons, pick wild Blueberries and Raspberries along our property line. Kayak along the shore line and take in the beautiful unspoiled vistas.  View "The Old Sow Whirlpool" right from your chair or window, Better yet, take a Whale Watch Tour which takes you through the "Old Sow"

We share the bay with our Canadian friends of New Brunswick. Watch the twinkling of Deer Isle Lighthouse from your chair.  During Canadian Day (July 1st) they even delight us at night with Fire Works from Deer Isle and St. Andrew's By the Sea. (We do not allow fireworks of any kind within the campground). During special times, listen to the Fog Horn. Watch "Rainbows" appear after a brief shower. At night, look up and touch the stars. Stroll into town (1 mile) and watch people fish from the Breakwater. Stop and have breakfast at the oldest diner in Maine, the "WaCo Diner".

Big Rigs and Rallies are welcomed, outside pavilion available for meetings.. Special rate discount for rallies of 20 or more. We have locals waiting to take you Deep Sea Fishing, Kayaking and Whale Watching Trips. Hike the area State Parks and trails. Attend one of the many Summer Festivals in the area. The week of July 4th is "Old Home Week". Eastport has the largest parade in the State of Maine. Not to mention a week long of celebration.
