Peaks-Kenny State Park is located on Sebec Lake in the central Maine towns of Dover-Foxcroft and Bowerbank in Piscataquis County. The park contains nearly 900 acres of old growth forest, approximately 10 miles of hiking trails, a 56 site campground, and a day use area including a sand beach. The campground is located on a wooded knoll a short distance from the day use area which is connected by two paths. The sites are situated on two loops with a center exit road. The main bathroom facility is located in the center of the campground adjacent to the exit road. The day use area contains a lawn and beach area, adjacent picnic sites located on the shore of the lake, four hiking trails which vary in length , a playground, and a shelter designed for special activities.
