Moosehead Rowing Regatta

The Moosehead Region Chamber of Commerce holds a Rowing Regatta every spring, part of the Moose Mainea month long celebration. This 4.5 mile open water triangular course is a lot of fun for both experienced and novice rowers. There are also canoeing and kayaking races on the Piscataquis River in the spring.
